I've drawn in the past and actually have an arts degree, but been out of the loop regarding supplies. It's just nice to see if an artist is doing a draw stream mention tools and their costs. I don't wanna go the route of doing art digitally, I would like to stick to traditional paper, board, ink and paint. I've liked using bristol board. I will say that the Alterna Sketch cards have been mentioned by Pete and that it's great that they don't have a gloss on them, which would cause smearing. I have used gauche in the past and find it vivid yet you can ruin your work if not careful with water/ cleaning brush nearby. I've seen mentioned black pens that act more like a brush. What current ones are recommended? Thanks.

I enjoy videos like this. But can I suggest when you guys do these, you can provide a list of paper & other pens/inks you use. I know sometimes certain things are mentioned, but would like a list of what's used on each video.

Nice review! It's great how you talk about art & story while showing the book's interior. I think the art also reminds me of the style found in the animated series BEN10.

I watch videos of people drawing yet, barely any of the comic artists ever give a rundown of what pens, pencils, inks, erasers or type of paper they use.....

@Tyler Wentland I looked on Rob's youtube channel and there's no listing when today's show is--what time will it be? I like videos when people discuss their work and what tools they use for their craft; weather it's comics, music or movies.

What time is the show? I love when you, Rob, Keith & Pete do livecasts! The Red Koi "All You Need to Know" video was the BEST: For the entire team that works on it was featured. I would like to see Pete do that more often--a livestream with entire crews that work on a title!

I wish they would do a Halloween with Michael Meyers plus the Shamrock masks. Do something where Michael was triggered by them and kills people wearing the masks. Have some back story why he despises the masks and or who created them.

@Peter Engstrom The two LCS I go to don't have 50 cent or dollar bins; Just 50% off a back issue's price (ex. A price tagged $10 book you can get for $5). A guy that used to have a comic shop in an indoor flea market (it closed down like 4 years ago), where he had a 50 cent book area I found out just opened a store in my area. I found the store's phone number and when I called said his new store has a 50 area! He always had a great selection from the 80s and 90s! Hope to check it out in the next week or two...A new Antique store opened in my neighborhood that has many great back issues: including ones from Image & Valiant from the 90s.

I was going to post Daily Wire's EVS video regarding the decline of quality of comics released by the likes of Marvel & D.C. It's getting to the point where when I pick up the few books I get on a pull list, I don't even look at the new releases of the week display. If I want Marvel & DC books, I get mainly classic books that are 50 cents or $1.00 at flea markets or Antique stores. I'm also now getting into 90s Image such as BloodStrike, WildCATS, Grifter, Shi... Only new books I currently get are: *Shutter Magazine *Vampiress Carmela Magazine Symbonite Spider-Man (a random mini-series that's been written by Peter David). *Savage Avengers Whenever there are Elvira & KISS mini-series put out by Dynamite. Hachette comics. *Only monthly books I get. The one publisher that releases new books that I am dedicated to getting are by Alterna...

I love it when I check the tracking of my packages and see the item arrives in my hometown's USPS facility, then the next day see them send it over to ANOTHER city & back again! It's happened like 3 times to my packages!

Read the first two GIANT issues back to back last night. Wow! Though a comic, I feel the art is similar to the Justice League animated series. I feel a little vide of the Incredibles and some Tick--even though much of the book deals with a heavy subject matter of a Hero that seems to had mistakenly lashed out with his powers then have idiots from a twisted comic making extremist go, well, to extreme measures to get this guy pinned today's typical isms & phobias. I look forward to future issues to learn more about the main character and the revealing of the whole picture concerning the story.

Love Ultraman! I'm actually wearing an Ultraman t-shirt as I'm typing this! Nice wraparound! There's new Mego Ultraman figures out; saw them at Wal-Mart today.
