DIGITAL COMIC SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
When submitting your comic for exclusive distribution on WOWIO.com, please consider the following:
*Is your comic completed with its own creative team?
*Do you have hi-res digital files ready for your comic?
*Unlike other submission guidelines, your comic can be in COLOR or BLACK & WHITE.
*Does the material seem like something we would publish? i.e. horror, sci-fi, fantasy, dark humor, mystery
*Is your comic at least 24 pages long?
*If your comic is available for FREE on any other website, can you remove it from that website?
*If your comic does well on WOWIO.com and becomes eligible for printing and distribution, are you willing to
combine it into a graphic novel or ongoing trade paperback? Alterna Comics DOES NOT print single issues
anymore, other than the Alterna Tales Anthology and our upcoming children's titles.
If you've answered 'yes' to all those questions, then please go ahead and submit your comic to us!
We need to see the whole completed and drawn out story - sorry, we can't pair you up with any creators or artists!
You keep 100% of your creative rights AND if your comic does well enough on WOWIO.com, we WILL print your comic for sale and
submit it to Diamond Comics Distributors and Partners Publishers Group, for national distribution.
